Halfway between a treehouse and a floating cabin, the stilt hotel continues to make us dream.
No doubt that those fabulous images of stilts found in the Maldives or Bora-Bora play a major role in this imagination. But there's no need to travel across the planet to stay for an unusual night above the water.
