An Englishman, Alfie Bubbles, made the dream of Beatles fans possible: sleeping in the Yellow Submarine in Liverpool!

After its purchase from Paramount Pictures, who used it in 'The Hunt for Red October' with Sean Connery and Alec Baldwin (1990), it took nearly 9 months to transform it into unique accommodation and to find all the decor elements inspired by the Beatles theme and the '60s Mod culture.

This unique place now accommodates up to 8 people on board to spend the night or a few days of vacation in Liverpool.
At 24 meters, the boat houses a psychedelic lounge and an original Mod scooter from the film Quadrophenia, movie memorabilia and gold records, three bedrooms, including the main one with an en-suite bathroom and an XXL television, and a contemporary ultra-equipped kitchen.

And guess where the Yellow Submarine is moored? Opposite Albert Dock, just a few steps from the maritime museum and the Beatles history museum.
