Château Le Rosey

Wine getaway on the shores of Lake Geneva

Presentation Practical information
Wine tourism on the shores of Lake Geneva

One of the largest vineyards in Switzerland, La Côte, forms a rolling landscape between Jura and Léman that stretches from Morges to Nyon, right halfway between Geneva and Lausanne.

In this typical setting of wine-growing villages along the lakeside, where people love to stroll, the charming village of Bursins has preserved its castle dating back to the early 13th century. Easily recognizable with its round towers at the corners, this Savoyard square has, of course, undergone numerous transformations, fires, and modifications over the centuries until the works carried out over nearly seven years by the master of the house, Pierre Bouvier, restored its function as a wine relay.

An architect, Pierre Bouvier designed the furniture and objects of the Château and welcomes you to his home in one of the four guest rooms with bathrooms featuring Murano glass mosaics.
The hallmark of the place, so to speak.

Surrounded by 4.5 hectares of vineyards, a vegetable garden, and an orchard, facing the Savoy Alps, the estate invites tranquility.
And naturally, the tasting of its wines!

From harvest to bottling, everything happens at the Château, and it is with great pleasure that you will be introduced to the secrets of the house.

To complete this oenological getaway, will you be tempted by a gourmet dinner? Created by a guest chef to propose pairings between dishes and the estate's wines, these dinners are held every Tuesday and Friday evening.

Hush... The spa-hammam is coming to the Château with its menu of treatments and massages (sportive or relaxing).
