The guide to unusual hotels and accommodations for a unique night or weekend experience.

Parc de la Belle

Parc de la Belle

15 treehouses in the middle of a park of over 12 hectares

Presentation Practical information
Whether you are with family and children (from two years old) or with sporty friends, the Parc de la Belle will know how to advise you on THE ideal cabin.

To the south of Poitiers, near La Vallée des Singes -a truly unique zoological park in France where about thirty species of primates roam semi-freely- and the Futuroscope, the Parc de la Belle is an enchanting floral park of 12 hectares, an invitation to a colorful and fragrant stroll.

The cabins are built, without any nails, between 4 and 14 meters high, and all have a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast (delivered at the foot of your cabin…).

Are the Duo cabins tempting you to escape for a few hours?
You'll have to climb up, between 9 and 14 meters -yes, really!-. Ladders or stairs will lead you to your cozy nests: from 20 to 25 m2, a double bed and a duvet, furniture, and a private terrace.
The more adventurous will gladly take the monkey bridge instead of ladders or stairs!

The family cabins located between 4 and 6 meters high are accessible by a staircase and can accommodate up to 6 people (reserved for children over 2 years old).

Naturally, the cabins have no water or electricity, but they are equipped with dry toilets, auxiliary heating, and linens are provided. Showers are available at the entrance of the park.

..:: New in 2016 ::.. Opening of 6 beautiful lodges (2 of which are labeled Tourisme Handicap) where the Hotels Insolites team had the pleasure of stopping during their vacation route in August 2016 >> our photos
Warm and very well designed, these lodges open onto nature without sacrificing comfort. Perfect for kids. Or grandparents too.

The Parc de la Belle and its accommodations are open all year round and the welcome is delightful ツ
