On the banks of the Rhône, in the peaceful setting of Barthelasse Island and 2 km from the historic center of Avignon, the Péniche Le Hasard offers two spacious guest rooms to escape from everyday life.
Access to the mariner's quarters (comfortable double room) is through the wheelhouse, the former pilothouse of the péniche, which provides a 360° view of the Rhône and the towpath. As a self-catering option, the wheelhouse becomes your kitchen where you can also have breakfast, as well as on the terrace.
A few steps down, you'll find the bedroom with an authentic boat bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. And at the stern of the péniche? Your private terrace!
