On the east coast of New Zealand, the purepods are glass cabins in the heart of lush nature. Nestled between the Banks Peninsula and further north the Kaikoura park, these 6 PurePods offer an intense experience of communion with nature.
Only a short 10-minute walk, no more.
The road is now at a distance, and you will be able to reach a place known only to a small circle of insiders. Around the bend of the path lined with tree ferns and century-old conifers appears the purepod. Its glass walls reflect the rays of the sun. This small ecological marvel made entirely of glass has something delightfully unreal about it.
From floor to ceiling, everything is transparent. It becomes possible to take in the entire surrounding landscape at a glance. At night, the magic intensifies: the ground lighting gives the inhabitants of the purepod the feeling of floating amidst an ocean of greenery. Nestled on the bed, they can lose themselves in the Milky Way and discover together the constellations that can only be seen in the South. In the morning, they can enjoy the organic and locally sourced breakfast pre-ordered in advance while listening to the songs of the korimakos, those typical New Zealand birds.
