Unusual camping at the foot of the Vercors
Presentation
Practical information
With the arrival of spring, Camping Le Lac Bleu - Koawa takes on the colors of the unusual.
Under the Drôme sun at Lac Bleu, an ever-innovative campsite awaits vacationers. Combine a weekend with an unusual stay in the room of a fully wooden and floating cabin, charmingly named 'Zenzilot'. To reach this tranquil islet, you’ll board a small boat and row your way there!
Want camping without the hassle of bulky and expensive equipment? Camping Le Lac Bleu has thought of everything! Thanks to their stilted bivouac tent, everything is ready, and the view of the blue lake is breathtaking!
With two bedrooms (double bed and bunk beds), a kitchen area, and a large terrace, is it even camping anymore?
In this sparklingly soft part of the Drôme, at the foot of the Glandasse mountain, the medieval village of Chatillon-sur-Die is worth a visit on its own. Wandering through its 'viols' and typical alleys, you’ll be guided from small squares to fountains, from the old washhouse to the overhanging house of the village. Details and routes can be found on the Tourist Office website.
Good to know:
Vivacamp offers other campsites across France. In Beaujolais, at Grappe Fleurie, for a fun approach to oenology, the 'Barrel', a double room sheltered in a wooden barrel, opens this spring.
