This magnificent three-masted ship, built in 1888 in the United Kingdom, has traveled around the world and lived several lives.
Commercial ship, training ship, then floating barracks in Stockholm's harbor during the Second World War, and later a museum ship. Acquired by the Swedish Tourist Association (Svenska Turistföreningen), it became a youth hostel in 1949.

Good to know, "Youth Hostel" is called "Vandrarhem" in Swedish and this website lists the youth hostels in Stockholm.

Online booking. However, be careful to book a room on the boat and not in the building located on the quay, which is also part of the youth hostel.
