The resort of Les Orres is known for its pure azure blue sky, the magical slopes of its ski area nestled between larch forests and stunning views extending to the Serre-Ponçon lake, and its Bike Park in the summer. With Alpin D'Hôme, an alternative and luxurious accommodation modeled on the Whitepod, this is a first in France opening under the blue skies of this charming resort in the southern Hautes-Alpes.

Accommodations between the unique igloo and the luxury chalet, these domes (D'Hômes) offer a nature experience with all the comforts on the heights of Bois Méan at 1800 m altitude. These first nine geodesic domes (4 more to follow) are built on the mountainside on a wooden platform extending into a terrace, promising both great privacy and an impressive 160° view. In front of us, the sky, its stars, and the valley.

Composed of a rigid structure, these bubbles house a king-size bed as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool bath in the luxury version and a mezzanine for additional sleeping arrangements in the family version. To complete this glamping experience, breakfasts and snacks will be served in the room, and upon arrival, high-end ski equipment will be delivered, and the stove will be lit!

New for winter 2022-2023: the opening of the Alpin Spa, a 200m2 Spa dome with a sauna, hammam, Nordic baths, and jacuzzi.
