Between earth and sky, or more precisely facing Mont Blanc!
A few minutes from Mégève and La Clusaz, the Val d'Arly opens up to all those in search of fresh air: a splendid mountain to explore in summer and just as majestic under its winter white coat. The small hamlet of Chaucisse, well known to hikers, blends into this mountain panorama. And since the beginning of 2016, it hides some rather surprising cabins in its forest.
Nicolas Boisramé envisioned, built, and warmly welcomes his guests to them between earth and sky, or more precisely facing Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles du Midi.
At 1400 m altitude, the first three cabins of the domain are reserved for adults; a 4th cabin is perfect for getaways for four or with children.
The Mont-Blanc cabin is a cabin built in the purest Savoyard spirit that could be believed to perch on its stilts. 30m2 of pure luxury in the heart of nature: perfectly heated thanks to its wood stove, cozy as can be with oh joy! a spa and sauna with the mythical Mont Blanc in view.
Our favorite, the Nid cabin, hides at the treetops, 9 m high, behind a carefully crafted wood weaving. And certainly with a lot of love. Entirely round, topped with its rooftop terrace, one reaches this haven of comfort through a very particular feature that makes it unique in France (its big sister is Swedish): a retractable staircase for those who hold the secret!
The Ruisseau cabin is more conceived as an adventurous playground full of mischief for sharing fun moments with family. Thanks to its dormitory space for three and its double bedroom, a tubular slide to reach the outside, and a suspended net inside for an impromptu nap or play area, this cabin will entertain both young and old.
The newest addition, the surprising Feuille Cabin, reconnects you to nature. Thanks to its immense bay windows that can fold into the walls, you won't know if you're inside or outside this luxury nest perched 15m high.

Rates 2021, per night for two in the Nid cabin, breakfast made with products from the Aravis, bathrobes and slippers, bed linens and organic cosmetics included. ⊹ Cabane Nid (wood stove at the foot of the bed), €280 per night for two
⊹ Cabane du Ruisseau (wood stove at the foot of the bed, terrace and private spa), €350 per night for the cabin (maximum capacity 5 people)
⊹ Cabane Mont-Blanc (private terrace with spa and sauna, pellet stove), €380 per night for two, €30 per additional person (maximum capacity 4 people)
⊹ New in 2021 the Cabane Feuille (entirely sliding circular bay window, private terrace with jacuzzi and hammock built above the void and a rooftop accessible by magic), €440 per night for two
Shower and dry toilets in each cabin.
Selection of magazines, Nespresso machine, kettle, bathrobes and slippers, beds made, in short, everything is ready to welcome you into these bubbles of comfort.
Optional, meal baskets for lunch or dinner on site, chilled champagne. But you can also bring your favorite dishes and bubbles...
