On the beach of Tulum
Presentation
Practical information
Neo-hippie lodge facing turquoise waters.
In the idyllic setting of the Riviera Maya, pristine white sand beaches bordered by the turquoise Caribbean Sea, the hotels manage to be bohemian and playful.
A tempting tropical experience begins under the central pavilion filled with good energy, three floors of glass and steel open to the four winds where one succumbs to the well-being of traditional Mexican treatments (massages, facials), gathers around tassel hammocks, long communal tables, and colorful lounge corners or for an Ashtanga yoga session. The Moro restaurant offers Moorish Spanish cuisine by Uruguayan Chef Federico Cappi, and the bar, with feet in the sand, specializes in artisanal cocktails and freshly pressed juices.
Here, the 32 rooms are hippie-chic lodges with king-size beds, safari tents that are deceptively rustic yet so sophisticated thanks to kilims, sleek furniture, and raffia lighting. The Jungle Rooms are surrounded by jungle vegetation, like the designer outdoor showers sheltered by palm trees.
Facing the Caribbean Sea, each Ocean Room has its own private outdoor terrace overlooking the beach and turquoise sea, an endless tête-à-tête with the waves.
The hotel was built in collaboration with local carpenters, and to minimize the impact on the site, the lodges were placed on elevated platforms and feature natural thatched roofs.
Dive into the musical ambiance, the hotel offers its playlist here.
