In launching Jo & Joe Hossegor in spring 2017, AccorHotels offers much more than a night in a youth hostel; it created the Open House, a living and sharing space with all the services that make a stay successful. A new experience for Millennials or Generation Y that meets the desires for freedom, approval, and sharing of 17-35-year-olds.

For this first opening, thanks to the partnership with Quiksilver and Roxy, it was only natural for Jo & Joe to establish itself in Hossegor. 400m from the ocean, in a large Basque-Landes house surrounded by shaded grounds, this new concept welcomes travelers in private or shared rooms, depending on everyone's budget and preferences. Ultra-practical, playful, and clever rooms designed by Lee Penson.
But undoubtedly, the centerpiece will be the Playground, a shared space where events, workshops, and concerts take place, where you can eat (local cuisine with complete menus at €10 and especially breakfast served all day for €4), and where you can toast around the local beer bar. The same vibe extends outdoors, where the terrace, private garden, and hammocks are reserved for guests, as well as the Happy House with its collaborative kitchen and washing machine.
On-site, the Quiksilver and Roxy partner shop is open to gear up before a paddleboarding session, a run, or a yoga class.

Everything makes it a sporty and festive destination to escape and recharge at a sexy price.
