Recharge in an eco-place

Presentation Practical information
Holidays on the farm in Périgord Pourpre.

In a pleasant valley in the village of Saussignac (Périgord Pourpre), Véronique and Sébastien have created a unique domain to stop by, spend a few days of vacation, and marvel at the beautiful things in life.

But before delighting us, they worked hard!
Restoring a small farm using eco-construction techniques first, then implementing permaculture for orchards, the vegetable garden, and small fruit cultivation. They also welcomed animals that help maintain the various meadows and paths: Melchior and Balthazar, the two Percherons, the donkeys Justin and Justine, and the 14 Ouessant sheep. Dogs, cats, ducks, chickens, and a rooster, of course, complete the happy group that helps create a place of balance and diversity in this little corner of paradise that breathes goodness and authenticity.

To gently dive into ecotourism and immerse yourself for a few days with family, friends, or as a couple, Cablanc has set up beautiful cotton canvas tents, a Cabana, a small wooden house open to the garden, an exquisite van, and a bio-climatic shepherd’s hut designed for two.

A car-free domain, with solar-heated showers, a tea room, and an open summer kitchen to enjoy organic fruits, vegetables, honey, herbal teas, and eggs for sale on-site (but half-board is possible in summer for weekly stays), this is the ecotourism experience this eco-location invites us to share.

To foster connections, one can also rely on the generous program of events and workshops. Workshops for children, participatory projects, introduction to botany, basket weaving, yoga, stargazing evenings, jazz or classical music concerts, always with passionate speakers who share their knowledge.

Sharing a know-how and a way of being, this is indeed the idea behind Cablanc too.
