Unusual night at the Château de Bonhoste
Presentation
Practical information
Unique love at first sight in the Libournais!
The Château de Bonhoste in the Libournais region has placed two truly unique rooms in its vineyard that will delight wine lovers and romantics.
Spend the night in a foudre!
Since the foudre is actually a very large capacity aging barrel (750 hectoliters), these two foudres have been crafted following the great tradition of cooperage by the Seguin Moreau company, meaning entirely made of oak, without any screws or nails.
Inside, they have been designed with two different atmospheres, but always with the same commitment to offering all the comfort of a high-standard independent room in absolute tranquility on the hills facing those of Saint-Emilion.
Your hosts will take you on a tour of the estate in an electric cart, a family property for five generations, its carved cellar, and will offer you tastings of their various Bordeaux wines: reds, rosés, crémants, and whites.
An immersive experience by the book just 10 minutes from Saint-Emilion.
A must-add to your itinerary in Gironde.
✯ Open year-round, except between Christmas and New Year's Day and on Sunday evenings ✯
