A nomadic habitat typically Mongolian in the land of Jasseries *.
In the heart of the Hautes-Chaumes of the Monts du Forez (Auvergne), in addition to its 5 guest rooms and its organic table d'hôtes, the Jasserie les Airelles offers you accommodation in a Mongolian yurt.
Traditionally made, this yurt and its furniture come directly from Ulaanbaatar, from the same family workshop to be more precise.
Located next to the main house, it can accommodate 4 people, for an unusual weekend, or even longer for those who wish to enjoy the region.
Prabouré ski resort (3 km) in the winter season, Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park in any season, hiking and nature enthusiasts will be delighted.
The yurt is a traditional habitat designed for outdoor living and extreme conditions. Do not fear the cold and snow, the perfectly designed insulation will provide coolness in summer and warmth in winter. The yurt can withstand storms and the most violent winds due to its round shape. Note that the door is placed in the opposite direction of the prevailing winds, "to welcome only friends" in the Mongolian tradition.
The owners of the Eco Yourte les Airelles have deliberately removed the stove in favor of a heating system connected to that of the main house. This takes away a bit of picturesque charm but will be appreciated by families for the safety of children.

Pricing details
Rates 2021, from €78 for 2 people, sheets/towels and heating included.Additional €10 per person (maximum 2 additional people). High season in July and August.
Organic breakfast: €5 per person served at the Jasserie and €7 per person served in the yurt.
