Berlin is a green city to visit all year round. When we say green city, it means there are more than 2000 public green spaces! It's hard to miss the Tiergarten and the botanical garden, but there are other more secret spots unknown to passing guests. Some are located along Berlin's Spree route, like this small bay it forms called Rummelsburg Lake.
Just a few minutes by tram or bike from the center of Berlin, a modern houseboat, with linear and sleek lines, offers you a unique view of the river with the TV tower, a Berlin emblem, in the distance.
When you enter this open-plan space, you will be charmed by the surprising view through the large windows. The wooden terrace invites you to enjoy the outdoors, or perhaps take a swim?
The 60 m2 are divided into an open kitchen, a large living room (sofas and sofa bed), a comfortable bedroom with a view of the water from the double bed, a bathroom, and separate toilets.
The houseboat is very well equipped, and the decoration is minimal with furniture largely custom-made. And we love the wood stove that warms up cooler days (in summer, air conditioning is available if you wish).
The little extra: from March to October, two bikes are waiting for you!

Pricing details
Rates 2019, from €210 to €320 per night depending on the season, for 2 adults and 2 children (minimum three nights, i.e. 3x€210 minimum). The price includes the rental of this 60m2 boat, taxes, and the loan of two bicycles.
✧ Low season: January, February, November, and December
✧ Mid season: March, April, and October
✧ High season: May to September, Easter (min 4 nights), Christmas* and New Year's Eve* (*min. 7 nights)
