Lappish Kota for a romantic tête-à-tête in the meadow.
This small independent chalet, entirely made of wood and hexagonal in shape, called a kota, was traditionally a shelter against the cold, bears, or wolves in Finland. It was also used to smoke fish and reindeer meat.
After some modifications to the original model - such as adding windows - this nomadic and eco-friendly habitat has found its place at Dihan. A true cocoon to be shared by two by candlelight.
Breakfast is delivered at the foot of the cabin around 9 a.m., and thermoses keep beverages warm, a charming incentive for a lazy morning. Dry toilets and a small water point are located separately outside.
Bicycle rentals, paddleboard, paddle-assisted hiking, kite surfing initiation, and the Spa by Dihan (massages, sauna, and hammam), gourmet picnic baskets, cider or champagne aperitif on-site.
Note: A second unusual chalet, the casa Mirabilia, was born from the imagination of the artist Kai Schaede.

Pricing details
Rates 2020, from €115 per night for one to two people, breakfast included (maximum capacity 3 people).Upon your arrival, the double bed (140cm) is made, candles and a dynamo lamp are waiting for you.
Dry toilets outside right next to the kota and classic sanitary facilities in the main farmhouse 200m away. Auxiliary heating available in February, March, October-November (gas stove), extra charge during other months of the year. Breakfast basket delivered.
Please bring your own towels, as well as a charged mobile phone, always useful.
Optional gourmet baskets (€30 per person, €20 for 8-17 years old). Massages, hammam, bike rental, everything is planned to make this stop perfect.
Private and free parking available on-site without reservation. Free wi-fi connection in common areas. Pets are not allowed on site.
