Exclusively reserved for lovers of beautiful atmospheres, this charming Charentaise house from 1878, brought back to life with colors by Christophe and Olivier, has opened its doors to travelers seeking tranquility, good humor, nature, and dishes made with products from the garden.

Between land and sea, a Caribou gîte open year-round, for imagining oneself in a dream vacation home, with gentle awakenings in the Charentaise countryside and celebrations with friends in the blooming garden. The two guest rooms, the Vintage, with powdered tones of the 50s-60s, and the lively Cosy, are a charming alternative to enjoy the table d'hôtes with gourmet desserts.

With the arrival of spring, the garden promises even more magical moments thanks to unusual nights under the stars. The bulle d'Aunis - named after the region of Charente under Charlemagne - transforms into a rustic room with a vegetable garden and hammock for relaxation. In the evening, to perfect the atmosphere, a seafood platter and champagne or a platter of fine charcuterie, cheese, and a bottle of wine will prolong the bliss of the place. The next morning, breakfast is served in your private garden.

The highlight of spring? Taking Christophe's Niçois pain bagnat on a picnic with vegetables from the garden and an exclusive bread for the Clos de Landrais. Some delicious oysters from Île de Ré served on a platter are tempting too! Life is beautiful in Charente-Maritime.
