At Selma and Sébastien's, at La Batelière sur Loire, guests were already sleeping in delightful treehouses located on the grounds of this beautiful flowered residence in La Chapelle aux Naux, a former boatmen's village.

Fisherman's cabin or orchard cabin, both are charming retreats to enjoy a kind and fun escape for two or four people: The Fisherman's Cabin with its south-facing terrace to live perched up for up to four people, and the Orchard Cabin, which looks like a nest set in the hollow of three oaks. From its double bed located in the heart of the cabin, one wakes up to the birds' songs, a delight to share tête-à-tête.

Since 2015, La Toue Reine and Toue Charme have joined the estate. These two cabin boats, reminiscent of those that once sailed the Loire, are charming floating guest cottages for two to four people as well. Here, we enjoy the calm, the gentle rocking of the water, and the pleasure of surprising a loved one during a bucolic stopover between castles and wine routes or along the path of La Loire à Vélo.

Good to know: this authentic Tuffeau stone longhouse on the banks of the Loire also hides a private spa area with a sauna and jacuzzi. And if the treehouses are closed for the winter, the 4* Bateliers cottage awaits us with its beautiful fireplace and a magnificent view of the changing landscapes of the Loire.

The price includes bed and bath linen, water, a bottle of mineral water per night, the tourist tax, and a little extra we love: the beds are made upon our arrival for a true moment of happiness.

Each cabin and toue has a proper bathroom (shower and WC, dry toilets for the toues), a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, and furniture to enjoy the outdoors.
