Romance at the foot of the Manoir de Boisairault.
A few minutes from Saumur, the charming village of Montsorau is home to a manor house that once belonged to a distant cousin of Joséphine de Beauharnais, Louis Foucher.
Surrounded by a wooded park of 7000 m2, the Boisairault manor overlooks the confluence of the Loire and Vienne rivers and welcomes you to its three guest rooms, both modern and classic. As well as aboard its toue cabanée moored at the foot of the manor.
One can already imagine leaving behind the daily routine and boarding this traditional wooden and pine boat. Taking a trip on the Loire or the Vienne with your guide Jean-Pierre, on this remarkable site, drawing inspiration from the unique light and changing colors with the seasons before mooring for the night at the foot of the manor.
Lunch, dinner (by reservation), and breakfast can be served on site to linger on the furnished deck and be swept away by this gentle romance.

Rates 2019, €165 per night for two, fabulous breakfast included. With its 12 m length, the toue cabanée houses a living room, a double bed 160x200, and an independent bathroom (sink, shower, and dry toilet). On site, ecological and biodegradable products are provided.
