On Kennedy Corniche, this road cherished by the people of Marseille that winds along the sea, proudly stands the white façade of the "Les Bords de Mer" hotel, a 4* born from the union of the Richelieu hotel and the Eden Roc restaurant.

The duo Frédéric Biousse and Guillaume Foucher entrusted this restructuring to Yvann Pluskwa. The Marseille-based architect, who loves the power of the elements of the sea, wind, and sun, opened the 19 rooms and suites to the sea, the Frioul islands, and the Château d'If. From every room, one can embrace the horizon, bask in exceptional light, and hear the gentle lapping of the Mediterranean below, a true delight!

Listed, the façade with its lion heads and sculpted motifs was preserved intact, an Art Deco spirit reflected in the railings of the rooms' small balconies. Behind the immense bay windows on the ground floor, there's a bar and an indoor restaurant where Marseille chef Yoann Villanueva presides. On the rooftop terrace, a lap pool overlooks Catalans Beach, and a restaurant will open during the warmer months.
