Unique: Test the Room 2113, the room of the future.
Since its opening in 2006, the New Hotel of Marseille has always showcased young artists, a strong commitment by Georges Antoun, the founder of the hotel group, but above all an art enthusiast and patron!
In 2012, the hotel's vast glass ceiling offered a new space that became a workshop for Toma L. Shortly thereafter, in 2013, Ced Vernay, Triglia, Nicolas Simarik – nearly ten creators in total – followed each other with live performances and meetings with the hotel’s guests.
November 2013 comes, and the response of two united talents to Georges Antoun's invitation to reinvent the hotel room space. Marseille-born designer Marine Peyre designs a bed as a living space, and artist $kunk Dog imagines a graphic universe around this piece, the Room 2113.
The Room 2113 is a multifunctional bed concept, a polyurethane foam monoblock integrating traditional bedding and associated modules that can be moved as needed.
Sleep, connect, illuminate – at every moment you define your level of comfort.
On certain faces of the module cushions, images by artist $kunk Dog are printed; they give you the freedom to create your own compositions with the walls of this room, which are also decorated by the street artist.
Winner of the Jury Prize at the 2013 Design Tour, the Room 2113, this unique room with a terrace and a bed integrating the living space into the sleeping space, has been available for experience at the New Hotel of Marseille since May 2013.

Rates 2019, from €172 per night for two in the UNIQUE Room 2113. Breakfast included €16.26 m² room, private terrace with deck chairs, city view.
