To rehabilitate it, the city government approved the project - a 1 to 5-star hotel with an artistic hub - presented by Otto Nan, Liesbeth Mijnlieff, Suzanne Oxenaar, and Gerrit Groen, four individuals with complementary backgrounds.
Today, this unique hotel, a place of hospitality and culture, open and informal, offers 117 rooms ranging from 1-star with shared bathrooms to 5-star suites.
Notably, a cultural embassy organizes free cultural events.
For curious travelers, lovers of surprises, as each room is unique, 50 creators and designers collaborated on the hotel's renovation. If the rooms are sometimes uneven, you can simply ask to change rooms, which is also part of the charm of the place.
