Unusual accommodation in Amsterdam
Presentation
Practical information
Will you be able to find the hidden rooms in this Amsterdam hotel?
Attention, at Hotel Not Hotel, the rooms are not in the corridors but rather hidden in the hotel lobby, a superstructure with an industrial vibe that looks like a large living room with armchairs and a bar.
Each of the rooms in this nonconformist hotel is unique, the result of collaboration with a collective from the Design Academy Eindhoven, Collaboration-O, reflecting our favorites.
Behind the large bookshelf where books are stacked, a hidden door provides access to a mysterious room, Secret Book Case. To keep its access secret, paintings and one-way mirrors will help you exit discreetly.
Another surprise in the middle of the hotel’s lobby-lounge, in a venerable blue tramway no. 965, restored and more beautiful than ever, is a double room with a unique atmosphere, Amsterdam Tram Cart.
A playful address, full of imagination, and accessible in the west of Amsterdam, in the residential neighborhood of De Baarsjes.
