Did you know that water towers could also host you for a night at the very top? In the very green province of Friesland in the Netherlands, the rehabilitation is a success for this water tower which opened in 2016 with two spacious and modern suites at 41m altitude: panoramic view of the magnificent surrounding landscapes (and Frisian cows!).
From the Aqua Suite, you dive onto the Frisian lakes. And from the Turrem Suite on a clear day, Terschelling and Ameland are clearly visible to the north, and to the west, you can see as far as the IJssel Lake (IJsselmeer). As night falls, you'll discover the lights of Heerenveen. A unique setting for a night that is just as extraordinary.
