Luxury glamping in Drôme provençale
Presentation
Practical information
An ecolodge made of wood and canvas in the land of truffles.
At the heart of the oaks and lavender fields, Lodges en Provence is a beautiful place to enjoy a relaxed moment to share with family or friends.
A true ode to Lady Laziness?
Deckchairs, pool(s), and jacuzzi, let's bet that you will end up playing hide-and-seek in the shade of the oaks. A tip for newcomers: arm yourself with zenitude and patience, the cicada song will tease your most British composure until it pulls you out of your well-deserved nap and leads you to discover this beautiful region in the land of olive trees.
Don't forget that you are just steps away from the most important European market for Tuber melanosporum. Remember your Latin classes, Tuber melanosporum is the name of that charming black fungus that grows at the foot of a certain variety of oak. Yes, we're talking about truffles!
So of course, the season of idleness (from May to September) doesn't really align with the truffle market season (from November to March), but the chef at La Paillotte will let you discover the wonderful aromas of this tiny mushroom. For your taste buds' delight, grilled dishes and Provençal cuisine will also be part of the experience.
