A stay in the wooden ecolodges of the Langhe hills will expand your horizons: perched on stilts, these small houses are part chalet and part fisherman's cabin. They place the traveler at tree level: from there, one can admire the beauties of Piedmont without any vertigo.

The arrangement of the lodges, isolated from one another, ensures the serenity of their inhabitants. Decorated with typical regional furniture, these cozy accommodations offer a glimpse into the local culture and traditions. In the beautiful white stone house overlooking the estate, breakfast takes the form of a fresh and organic buffet every morning.

The rooster's crow in the morning and the bells of the village church below pleasantly punctuate the days. After a yoga or qong-li class, nothing beats a walk in the vast gardens with their ideal exposure: one gets drunk on the scents of peach and lavender. A weightless interlude is welcome: a hot air balloon flight over the hills will take your breath away.

When you've explored the area to your heart's content, another journey awaits: a culinary one. Tasting white truffle, the flagship product of the Alba region, or making goat cheese with a shepherd: local artisans are very welcoming and share their secrets with you.
